Store Manager required for Fleur Wood Chatswood Chase

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, fashion savvy Manager to ambassador the Fleur Wood brand in our Chatswood Chase Store.

You will be self motivated and have an ability to motivate others through providing interactive training and development of your team. Leading by example and coaching your team to achieve sales targets through first-class customer service and relationship building will guarantee your success in this role. With a proven track record of over achievement on financial budgets and KPI’s you will be responsible for the all aspects of financial performance of the store.

Your innate sense of fashion and ability to identify current trends and interpret them in your own style will inspire your teams and your customers. High energy levels and exceptional communication skills along with an attitude that encourages others to succeed will see you thrive in this role.

A hands-on approach to team management, experience in creating a fun, buzzing work environment and previous management experience is a must for this position!
